What we collect
- Catering inquiries: name, email, phone, event details, delivery address, and any notes you provide.
- Job applications: name, email, phone, availability, work history, references, and any resume file you upload.
- Basic, privacy-friendly analytics: aggregate page views and referrers via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites.
How we use it
- To respond to your catering inquiry or job application.
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How it's handled
Form submissions are delivered to our staff inbox by email (via Resend) and, for job applications, the uploaded resume is stored securely in Cloudflare R2 so our hiring team can review it. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers process data on our behalf.
Online ordering & mobile app (Toast)
When you order through our online ordering links or mobile app, your order and payment are handled by Toast under its own terms. That experience is covered by our App & Ordering Privacy Policy and Toast's Privacy Statement.
Third-party embeds
Our ice cream page embeds a live tap list from Pourwall, and our contact page embeds a Google Map. These third parties may receive your IP address and set their own cookies when their content loads.
Your choices
To request a copy or deletion of information you've submitted through our forms, email elijah@elijahpelton.com and we'll take care of it.
